Coolest classrooms on the second floor

Hi everyone and welcome back,

I am so excited to be starting another school year. This month the new students will be learning how to do various things in the room and the returning students will be a great help. They will be learning about snack preparation, specials classes and outdoor playtime, to name but a few.

We will be reading lots of stories about the Fall and learning some of my favorite poems and songs-see below. The children will go on nature walks in the back yard and we will be watching for signs of Fall. They will collect leaves and do leaf rubbings and the older students will write some short reports.

Greetings!

I’d like to welcome all the new students who have joined our classroom this year. We are excited to have you be a part of our Room 201 community! I’d also to extend a warm welcome to all returning students. I am very much looking forward to a new school year with all of you!

In the first few days of school I have a very exciting lesson for all of you. It includes lots of interesting experiments and an exciting story about the beginning of the universe!
